Since its 2018 founding, Edera has tripled in size, emerging as a strong force in thought leadership, health tech innovation, and change management, guided by a "purpose-before-profit" philosophy.

Repositioning the Brand

The introduction of a refreshed brand required a new website that brings the brand to life with an engaging, intuitive, and high-performing website. The project also presented a strategic opportunity to establish community through networking and thought leadership by bridging the gap between the website and social media. 

I worked with Edera’s internal stakeholders to expand the digital brand, aiming to reflect the brand refresh and commitment to excellence. Additionally, I sought to establish a robust web presence to position the company as a strong competitor in a saturated consulting market. This foundation unlocked a new brand design system and UX that brings the new brand to life and offers the flexibility to grow in the future.

Building a Brand Through UX

To enhance its online presence, Edera revamped its website to better showcase its reliability and innovative solutions. I led competitive analysis and workshops to prioritize features and streamline content. Using design thinking and rapid prototyping, I developed a blog that boosted SEO, improved brand visibility, and simplified content management. Breadcrumb navigation improved user flow, reducing bounce rates. This effort saved time and costs, demonstrating my ability to deliver user-centered design solutions in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.

The brand refresh and new site has proven to be an intuitive, high-performing, and optimized web experience that showcases the bold new direction of Edera. Since the launch of the new site, Edera has seen an impact on social media visibility, community engagement, and lead capture.
