Compass developed a full suite of applications, including change management and telehealth, requiring a digital platform to effectively reach their market. The challenge was to seamlessly integrate in-person interactions at health conferences and technology events with an online experience that could sustain ongoing conversations with Compass leadership.
To tackle this, I collaborated closely with the Compass team to develop a cohesive digital brand that not only showcased their diverse products but also established a robust digital design foundation and component library. This initiative resulted in an intuitive information architecture, UX enhancements, and an interface design system that not only brought the brand to life online but also set the stage for scalable future growth.
The website needed to be easy to navigate for users to explore and identify how Compass could enhance their needs and business goals. By defining the site architecture, I made navigation intuitive and efficient. Primary call-to-actions were prominently featured at every touchpoint, encouraging users to schedule a demo to learn more about Compass products.
Compass leadership needed the website to be designed and developed rapidly, necessitating a comprehensive prototype for approval. Starting from scratch, I developed a robust design system using atomic design principles. This approach expedited wireframing and prototyping, allowing the developers to quickly implement the approved designs.
