Trusted Medical is a nationwide health care network providing community care to thousands of veterans with high quality disability assessments each year expediting their access to care and ensuring they receive the benefits they deserve from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). With the exponential growth of the company, Trusted Medical required a user-friendly website offering Veterans easy access to information and a seamless experience in locating a nearby clinic.

A significant problem many Veterans face is trouble accessing disability assessments quickly, resulting in lengthy waits for essential benefits. Paired with the rapid growth of the company the brand required an intuitive user interface that could prioritize the primary needs of the Veteran users, as well as easily scale with the company. I worked with the Trusted Medical team to uncover new ways to connect veterans with the care team in their area efficiently.
With Trusted medicals dedication to the patient experience, it was critical to research the best possible user flow. After thorough investigation of our primary competitors, paired with a deep understanding of our users, I learned that there is an industry gap in how users search for and identify the right clinic. By prioritizing a simplified navigation system and detailed patient journeys, users were empowered to quickly find the right location while allowing for continued company growth.
The new site has proven to be an intuitive, high-performing, and optimized. Since the launch of the new site Trusted Medical website claimed the top spot in Google search results and has been used to serve 30,000 veterans to date.
